Here I led the concept and creative direction for a large scale multi-brand footwear trade showcase featuring Aeropostale, US Polo Assn., Arrow, and Flying Machine. With a significantly higher production budget, the objective was to build immersive brand environments that elevated product presentation while maintaining strong commercial clarity.
I defined the spatial narrative and directed execution through an external agency, overseeing all creative and strategic decisions.
Concept & spatial strategy
This edition moved beyond structured display walls into fully built brand worlds.
- Developed distinct architectural environments for each brand
- Introduced material contrasts such as brick, wood textures, graphic murals, and dimensional backdrops
- Designed immersive zones that reflected each brand's personality
- Ensured smooth visual flow across the entire exhibition floor
Each section felt experiential yet remained product focused.
Brand translation
- Aeropostale leaned into a youthful, street-inspired setting with bold graphic backdrops and layered displays.
- US Polo Assn. balanced sport heritage with structured shelving and lifestyle cues.
- Arrow maintained a refined, formal tone with controlled palettes and clean presentation.
- Flying Machine adopted a more industrial and urban visual language.
Footwear display strategy

Despite the larger build and immersive detailing, footwear remained the focal point.
Design oversight & execution
- Directed the appointed agency on 3D visualisation and build interpretation
- Reviewed materials, finishes, lighting, and scale
- Controlled brand consistency across zones
- Supervised final on-site setup to align execution with concept
