Omni Channel Campaign | Zivame | Feb 26

Overview

Through illustrated scenarios and strategic product pairings, the omni channel campaign translated the idea of pairing the right attire with the right bra, demonstrating the same using illustrations of different outfits on the window.

The Brief

The brief was to translate the Pair It Right digital campaign into a physical window display while retaining its educational intent of visually demonstrating how different styles pair with specific outfits and occasions.

Design Approach

Visual Education Through Context

The approach focused on making lingerie education intuitive and instantly understandable. Four illustrated lifestyle panels were developed to represent relatable scenarios - work, travel, party, and celebration.

Instead of going with traditional mannequins, I explored the idea of bringing innerwear outward - making it visible and unapologetically showcasing the visual narrative of the window.

Each bra was carefully mounted onto its corresponding illustration sitting naturally within the outfit depiction, blending with the illustration.

Product Integration

Making Innerwear Visible

The bras were physically integrated into the illustrated panels with strategic cut-outs created within each artwork so the bands could pass behind the surface, and the straps placed meticulously, allowing the product to sit naturally within the depicted outfit.

Impact

The display simplified bra selection by visually demonstrating styling relevance within seconds of viewing. Customers could immediately understand which styles suited different outfits, reducing confusion and hesitation in-store.

By making innerwear visibly integrated into real-life scenarios, the window reinforced Zivame's positioning as a guide in lingerie selection rather than just a retailer, strengthening both trust and product understanding.
