Back to Merchandise Display

At Zivame, I worked as the sole Visual Merchandiser, responsible for shaping and executing the brand's physical retail identity across stores. Over a three-year period, I led everything from window concepts and in-store storytelling to new store rollouts, display guidelines, and daily VM operations.

This role went far beyond styling. I built systems, visual rules, and spatial logic that allowed the brand to scale consistently across locations.

Retail Design & VM Philosophy

Lingerie retail demands clarity, comfort, and confidence. My approach focused on making the store feel approachable, organised, and intuitive, while still aspirational.

Every wall, rack, and table was designed to help customers understand fit, function, and choice quickly.

Reduced overwhelm through intuitive spatial organization

Strong Colour Blocking

Enabled easy navigation and product comparison

Balanced Density

Category-Led Display Strategy

Each category was treated as its own micro-environment. This structure allowed the stores to handle large SKU volumes while staying visually calm and easy to shop.

Sports & Activewear

Clear differentiation by support level and activity type

Sleepwear & Loungewear

Softer palettes and folded storytelling for comfort cues
